You can run the csc_te_diagnostics.exe application to generate the diagnostic file. The diagnostic bundle will be generated and saved on the Desktop once you run this application.
The diagnostic app will be present in the following location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Cisco Secure Client\ThousandEyes Endpoint Agent\csc_te_diagnostic.exe
Native ThousandEyes and Cisco Secure Client based ThousandEyes agent are slightly different using different directories:
